Overview
The Image Grid component displays multiple images in a tabular layout. Add images via a file picker or camera and assign a title to each entry in the grid to create a structured visual data display. The following article will go over how to create the image grid in the designer, as well as how to include naming capabilities for those images.
Creating an Image Grid:
Select Image Grid from Component Selector and add it to your form
Navigate to the "layers" tab and ensure your new image grid is selected in the layers
Add an image field and a string field to your form from the layers tab
Navigate to the control properties panel and next to image field select "calculations" and input a calculation to tie the image field created in step 3 to the grid.
Select Field > Image # field > Ok.
Navigate to the title field and select calculations to input a calculation to tie the string field created in step 3 to the title.
Select field > String > ok.
Ensure that annotations, file picker and camera are all enabled
Select your image grid > control properties > enable the 3 options above
Preview your image grid by selecting preview mode and adding images to your form.
Creating an Image Title
Label the images you have added to the grid to ensure clear identification.
After adding an image, click the pencil icon associated with that image.
Select the 3 row icon on the top right
Insert the title you wish to associate with that image and click save.
