View error logs and detailed log data to help troubleshoot application issues.
Viewing Log Information
To view log information, access the Mirata Admin tab and locate the Log Info section.
The log table displays Event Time, User, Message, Status Code, Provider, Event Type, and Id for each entry.
Searching and Filtering Logs
Use the Search Logs panel to filter the displayed entries.
You can filter by Search Bar, Event Start Time, HTTP Status Code, and Event Type. The Auto Update toggle continuously refreshes the log data so you see real-time updates.
For example, to search logs by event time, enter a date and time in the Event Start Time textbox.
Click Search to apply the filters.
Viewing Detailed Log Information
To view more information about a specific log entry, click on an entry in the table.
A modal will open and display additional data. This includes information such as the Event Time, User, HTTP Status, Organization, Source, Message, and Stack.
After reviewing the information, click Close to dismiss the modal.
