Establishing Your Timezone

What's the Organization Timezone used for in Mirata?

The organization timezone is used to establish date/time values for actions which can run in the Mirata backend, including:

  • PDF generation

  • CSV report generation

Configuring Timezone in Organization Settings in Admin Tool

On the sidebar in the Security tab within the Admin tool, select Organization Settings.

Locate the Organization Timezone dropdown menu.

This dropdown displays the current default timezone for your organization. Setting the correct timezone is important for accurate data reporting and efficient workflow management.

Click on the dropdown menu and select your desired timezone.

You may scroll through the available options.

Click SAVE to save your changes.
